xNomad is a marketplace for popup stores that connects brands with unique retail & vacant pop up spaces.
There are at least 20.000 vacant spaces in Stockholm right now and we are looking to create popup experiences in all of them.
We've been working with innovative and exciting brands such as Voi, Yaytrade, House of Dagmar, Klättermusen Skin City, Hansboot and Rossignol.
We are part of the STING accelerator and are Antler alumni. We have raised two rounds of capital and are currently in a stage of rapid growth.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who’ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising, creative projects and managing popup stores.
Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness
General description and duties:
Researching and contacting on-trend Nordic and international brands and agencies to create popup stores
Create a pipeline of vacant popup spaces for the platform
Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within fashion/food/tech industries
Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Actively pursue leads in sales pipeline and close them out.
Work with our partners such a telia, gigstr and beleco to design popup spaces.
Building and maintaining strong, leads lists, pipelines and designing sales processes.
Partner with customers and supplier to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Be responsible for building out future sales team
Skills & Requirements
We expect the ideal candidates to be:
BSc/MSc in Business, Engineering, Computer Science
Proficient in online research using a variety of tools such as MS Office, G Suite and Hubspot
Capable and confident speaking to venture capitalists, large brands, agencies and top notch property owners
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Experience in fundraising will be a plus
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Have the ability to juggle a number of projects

We will be recruiting on a rolling basis. Interviews will consist of a two-step process where you get to meet the founders and the team. You will also meet with Antler and Sting.
