People Experience are so excited to help Coca-Cola European Partners recruiting a forward-thinking and highly engaged Head of HR/People & Culture Lead Sweden to play a key role in representing, leading and executing the people strategy while ensuring full alignment with the overall organizational goals and values. Together with the Swedish Leadership Team, in which you have a given position, you will lead the company forward - ensuring growth for the business and individuals.
As Head of HR/People & Culture Lead Sweden you are an active and deeply engaged role model for inclusion, diversity and sustainable performance, both internally and externally. As a trusted and thoughtful advisor to the Country Director and Senior Management you will provide high quality guidance throughout the entire employee experience and journey – guaranteeing P&C excellence and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Together with your team of 10 direct reports, and in a close cooperation with Northern European HR Committee Leadership Team (VP P&C Northern Europe, P&C director Belgium/ Luxembourg, P&C associate dir. Netherlands, Norway, Iceland, associate director Labour Relations, Supply Chain and Rewards) you will proactively enable a great place to work and an attractive employee experience where people can become their best at work, reach individual growth and fulfill their career goals.
Your key responsibilities will mainly include:
Manage the execution of the P&C strategy and P&C delivery/ implementation in Sweden including:
HR business partnership for commercial and Supply Chain (manufacturing and logistics)
People services (HR admin) and Payroll
Drive cultural agenda and programs
Creating the people experience: ME@CCEP (being well, connected, valued, developed, rewarded and inspired)
Support managers in leadership situations throughout the entire employee journey.

Important for your success will be your ability to quickly adapt, navigate and interact across functions and countries (in a global matrix organization) while building relationships and collaborations.
You will be a part of the Swedish Leadership Team and report to a VP People & Culture Northern Europe, with dotted line to CEO Sweden. Your location will be a modern and newly renovated office in Jordbro, only 25 minutes from Stockholm city.
