Head of Marketing with bias for action who knows demand generation and can moonlight as sales

Flowplayer is looking for the founding member of the marketing team. If you are a revenue centric marketing leader that thrives on growth and scaling a SaaS B2B enterprise demand engine you should consider this opportunity.

As the founding member you will have the opportunity to set the foundation for the demand generation engine of a company that already has 1+M unique visitors to the website every month. In addition you will be responsible for building the marketing team with talented and team oriented individuals.

What you will do

  • Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing activities in order to meet and exceed company expectations for revenue growth
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings
  • Fill the top of the sales funnel with new leads, and support the nurture of existing contacts with the goal of increasing conversion rates. Leverage marketing automation to drive qualified leads and increased engagement scores
  • Analyze and segment existing data/leads to drive operational improvements around lead conversions against revenue targets
  • Analyze enterprise marketing funnel, setting mix and customer segmentation to formulate ideas and approaches to optimize cost effective pipeline acceleration across different segments and channels
  • Develop marketing messages and content to be used across all channels (web, email, social, presentations)
  • Support sales in the early phases of the sales process
  • Hire, build and coach the marketing team with functional specialists

Skills & Requirements

We’d love it if

  • You have strong SaaS experience and in-depth understanding of pipeline demand generation
  • You are motivated self-starter who thrives in complex fast-paced environment
  • You are decisive, agile, and iterative; easily able to shift gears between thinking and doing
  • You are able to develop good working relationships with the sales, product management and engineering
  • You have experience in building and managing a successful demand generation team
  • You are fluent in the English language (both written and spoken)

  • This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden
  • Offices in US (New York, Washington), UK (London), Finland (Helsinki, Turku) and Sweden (Stockholm)
