As an Account Manager at Upsales, you will become a key player in our continued growth and mission to become Europe’s leading sales and marketing platform for B2B-companies. You will be responsible for driving new business from initial prospecting to closed deal. You will be based at our Stockholm office but work towards the German market.

To be successful in this job, you need to inspire, challenge and guide C-level prospects throughout their buying journey. You are a curious person motivated by results and anxious to help companies to grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify challenges of prospective customers and guide them towards making informed purchase decisions
  • Drive new business opportunities with small and midsize B2B-companies – from lead to a signed deal
  • Attain or exceed quota commitment
  • Closely collaborate with the marketing team around leads, but also other colleagues in departments such as Operations, Customer Success, and Product Management.

Your background

You are an ambitious sales person or graduate with high ambitions to become an ace player within software sales. You are courageous and driven by results and have strong business acumen.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
  • You have some sales experience
  • You have a great interest in technology and to work with SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
