Job Description
We're looking for business operations support professionals to join us, working for a multinational client that's a leader in technology. This position suits recent graduates who are able to apply innovative thinking to deliver efficient, speedy solutions at scale. The ideal candidate is someone ready for an opportunity to grow as well as a challenge, working with best in class teams and can provide essential guidance to sales excellence, business planning and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer planning & segmentation
  • Quota management
  • Territory management & seller assignment

  • Demand response sales operations

  • Provisioning for digital sales representatives
  • Process optimization through deep understanding of desired business outcomes
  • Delivering end-to-end deep data analysis and actionable strategic insights
  • Creating standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree beneficial)
  • 1 years’ experience in a related field (business, marketing, IT, operations or finance)
  • Experience within sales excellence, business planning, sales operations and/or finance

Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiar with financials, pipeline, score carding, and other internal measurement tools
  • Functional knowledge of partners, services, sales, and marketing
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills
  • Exposure to cross-functional stakeholder management
