As a Delivery Manager you will play a key role in the liaison with clients and the often-complex logistics surrounding the delivery of our services. You will support consulting and the sales teams with account development and strategy whilst being the key day-to-day liaison with your assigned Clients.
You are required to design and define your role to get the best for the business and the clients you work with. The successful candidate will be joining a fun and supportive team who value each other’s input. We encourage individuals to put forward innovative ideas on how we can work smarter and provide a better experience for our clients. This role is one that requires initiative, you are making important business decisions on a daily basis and need to be self-motivated, escalating as required. You are required to interface internally and externally at executive level with all business areas and particularly work in close partnership with the technical consultants and the Account Directors.
