We are looking for a Sales Executive UK who wants to bring our success to London

Ingrid Cloud is a deeptech startup from Stockholm, Sweden. Since we launched our revolutionary product with automated wind simulation, we have had significant success in the Nordics. We have large clients such as Sweco, White, WSP, Tyréns etc.

We have received a lot of interest from firms located in London as well and the number of leads exceed what we have time to handle. Because of this, we want to open a London office to develop our existing and future clients.

The new guidelines for wind microclimate issued by the city of London combined with our unique tool, will allow us to disrupt the market. Changing the way architects, urban designers and wind engineers use wind simulation tools. Instead of waiting for validation late in the project, our customers can use Ingrid Cloud to optimize building design and urban layout with respect to wind. And wind engineers can use our software to produce more accurate, high-fidelity simulations faster.

As Sales Executive you will be part of the commercial team promoting Ingrid Cloud on the UK market (and on occasion, on other markets as well). This is a great opportunity to join a promising and well-funded startup with an exciting product and unique technology. You will be part of a commercial team responsible for managing existing enterprise customers, winning new business and build relationships within the AEC-industry (Architects, Structural engineering, Construction).

You will be supported by our marketing team with Sales Qualified Leads to relevant potential customers. We will also help you to nurture your leads and use Account Based Marketing to help you land your top leads.

The current sales executive in the Nordics and the CEO of Ingrid Cloud will join you in London to make sure the on-boarding process is smooth. You will be able to choose a WeWork location that fits with your needs.

We believe that you to have sales experience within the AEC-industry, with a proven track record of stellar sales success. A background as an architect, urban designer or wind engineer before moving into sales is a big plus, but not a requirement.

Your responsibility:

  • Execute sales plans to meet or exceed our revenue targets for the UK-market
  • Use leads that our marketing and sales development team qualifies or use your own existing network to create leads
  • Develop leads to secure large subscription-based deals
  • Target companies that can generate a minimum of 25.000£/year in revenue
  • On long term, secure enterprise companies that can generate an excess of 250.000£/year in revenue
  • Stay updated to industry trends and participate in industry fairs
  • Work closely together with Marketing and Product teams to make sure you have all the insights and resources needed to be successful

Compensation

Skills & Requirements

Education

  • Education level: Minimum 3 years relevant education

Desired experience

  • Several years in relevant B2B-sales (software or services) to the AEC-industry
  • Existing network in the AEC-industry in the London area
  • Track record of successful sales to enterprise size companies
  • Background as an architect, urban planner or wind engineer is a big plus bot not a requirement

Skills

  • Fluent/Native in English

Ingrid Cloud - Faster Simulations. Smarter Design.

Ingrid Cloud offers a cloud-based service (SaaS), providing customers with fully automated flow simulations. Our automated cloud-solution increases accuracy, flexibility and cost efficiency when simulating flow. The accessibility and ease of use of the solution enables designers and architects without any prior knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) or simulations to accelerate and improve their design.

Our adaptive algorithms have the capacity to automate the entire process of simulation. This eliminates sub-optimizations due to human error, increases accuracy and lowers the cost of simulations with more than 70 %. But above all, our unique automated solution makes the complex easy. Really easy.

Our easy to use cloud-solution enables simulations early in the design process. This capability improves the product design and shortens time-to- market. Our innovation is the result of a spin-off from world leading research conducted over the last decade by a team of researchers at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

We are a startup with our home base in Stockholm. We are currently 12 people in the team, and we plan to grow aggressively. We are funded by the European Research Council, the EU Commission, Vinnova, Karma Ventures, Industrifonden, Fairpoint Capital and KTH Holding AB. In June 2019, we closed an additional financing round of 25MSEK.

The team works in the brand new offices of WeWork Stockholm at Malmskillnadsgatan/Regeringsgatan.
