Advisa is a leading Swedish tech company focusing on reducing friction within the lending market and decreasing interest rate costs for consumers. The company is currently growing rapidly and has just launched the business in Finland.

Advisa is now recruiting a driven and analytical Marketing Manager that will take a leading role in growing the Finnish business and build Advisa’s brand in Finland.

This is the second hire in the Finnish business and there will be plenty of opportunity to influence the business strategy.

Role Description:

As the Marketing Manager of Finland, you will be fully responsible for driving the Finnish customer acquisition and inflow. The role will be crucial for the Finnish business’ success and profitability.

You will be responsible for all marketing channels, both online and offline. You will be managing the marketing budget independently to ensure maximized efficiency in the marketing spend. Advisa is planning to invest aggressively in marketing in the Finnish market, which means the role will be central in the running of the business.

You will report to the Country Manager of Finland but will also have a close collaboration with the central Marketing team in the Stockholm office.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Continuously work to increase traffic and improve profitability in all marketing channels
  • Identify, test and develop new tactical marketing channels
  • Develop strategies and action plans to ensure delivery on company targets related to growth and profitability
  • Make forecasts and follow up on KPI:s
  • Start and manage collaborations with marketing agencies
  • In collaboration with the central marketing team, formulate and execute on Advisas brand strategy

Who are you?

If you have an entrepreneurial attitude and creating results is what drives you, you might be the perfect match for this position.

As an ideal candidate, you probably have around 3-5 years of qualified work experience from a broad marketing role, either online or offline. You are comfortable with driving customer acquisition in digital channels and used to working closely with multiple marketing agencies. You are hopefully also experienced in offline marketing channels and brand building, though this is not a requirement.

You are action-oriented but prefer to always base your decisions on analysis and data. You are driven, hungry and have a strong can-do attitude.

  • Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in either engineering business or similar.
  • Are a native Finnish speaker with a good understanding of the Finnish culture
  • Are flexible and can spend some time in Sweden initially
