We are looking for a Product Owner to join Upsales development team. You will be part of evolving the Upsales platform, working with highly skilled engineers and designers. Upsales is one of the few platforms that combine marketing automation and CRM in one seamless platform to create a revenue engine.

Above all, your work will impact the way B2B companies grow their business with help of Upsales.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with the team to articulate the vision and setting roadmap
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you and the team reach Upsales short and long-term goals.
  • Do discovery work with help of tech lead and the team designer to understand how to solve the problems we try to solve.
  • Make sure that your team is strong and healthy – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth.
  • Ensure a healthy balance of innovation, support, and maintenance.
  • Create a world-leading revenue engine for B2B companies.

Who You Are

  • You are an experienced Product Owner
  • You know how to communicate with stakeholders, as well as working closely with a cross-functional team.
  • You look at problems with a data-driven approach.
  • You are experienced in setting and executing on a product backlog, balancing innovation, maintenance, and support.
  • You are experienced with B2B solutions
  • You are experienced with working with agile development teams.
  • You are passionate about the end-user, and see the connection between Upsales and the experience.

Bonus skills

  • Worked with CRM and/or marketing automation before.
