The Vaimo PMO team ́s primary purpose is to ensure high quality throughout our project deliveries. You will be a part of a team of 7 PMO Managers located in our different offices. This team collaborates closely to ensure processes and best practices are used enterprise-wide.
The role will mainly support the Project Managers in our Tallinn office. You will report directly to the Country Manager and indirectly to our Head of Enterprise PMO (EPMO).
You have a central role in our pursuit to drive success in digital commerce and your major responsibility is to have overall control of the project portfolio in our unit. By building a strong team of Project Leaders that are experts in the world’s best practices and know the whys and hows of Vaimo’s delivery model, you’ll secure the successful delivery of our projects at all times. You will also contribute to continuously improve our delivery model and implement changes in our organisation.
You will operationally support our eCommerce B2B and B2C projects with a focus on securing deliveries for the more complex and/or strategic projects. From time to time this means supporting our Sales Team with client presentations or representing PMO in client steering committee meetings but the majority of your time will be spent with the Project Managers.
You will work as an active member of the Country Management in the International Business Unit and as a PMO manager, you will be a part of the local Leadership team which includes HR, Technical Manager and Business Unit Manager lead by the Country manager. As a PMO Manager, you will be actively participating in leadership team meetings to support team and Unit on creating a healthy organisation, providing input on profit & chargeability from a Project management perspective and other KPIs identified quarterly.
