Insights Strategist

At Radon, we know that success in the future belongs to the agencies that are able to guide their clients to make communication that delivers actual business value. As the ecosystem of platforms and content types gets more complex, so does the task of predicting and attributing value to any marketing investment. We are therefore looking to expand our insights capabilities and are looking for an experienced insights strategist to join our strategy team. Is the difference between upper and lower level funnel ROI as clear to you as the difference between cats and dogs. What you will be doing

  • Taking a lead in developing our modeling and frameworks for how to predict and measure the effect and efficiency of our work
  • Deploy said models and frameworks in the work with our clients to grow investment and help us increase trust in our creative solutions.
  • A core component when we pitch to new clients
  • Working closely together with our creative team, providing valuable insights and ensuring that our creative recommendations are always strategically grounded
  • Collaborating with our account directors and project managers to create and deliver convincing and value-rich presentations for our clients

Skills & Requirements

Who you are

  • Someone with at least four years of relevant experience predicting and attributing value of a multitude of marketing activities
  • Someone with expertise (Ph.D. level not necessary) in statistics
  • Someone with proven experience of designing and developing predict/measure models and frameworks
  • Someone with proven experience of guiding decision-makers in taking decisions based on the insights you provide
  • Able to package your insights into convincing briefings – and love to collaborate with creatives throughout the whole process
  • Comfortable with constructively challenging clients and our team
  • A team player, but you enjoy working independently as well
  • Someone with great attention to detail, and it helps you to create, package and deliver presentations that are spot-on, beautiful and persuasive
  • Someone with excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Kind, warm and optimistic
