Customer Care består af 35 medarbejdere, der er delt op i 4 teams. Hvert team har en specifik rolle og du vil referere direkte til Manageren i vores Administrative Skandinaviske team, der håndterer back office opgaver.

Vores hverdag er hektisk, men det er vigtigt for os, at vores kunder oplever vi løser deres udfordringer professionelt og at de får lidt mere end de forventer – vi stræber efter ”first time fix”.

Din rolle vil være at:

  • Være ansvarlig for opgaver som skal løses sammen med vores interne og eksterne distributions-samarbejdspartnere
  • Kortlægge og optimerer processer for ovenstående opgaver
  • Oprettelse af kunder i vores kundedatabase
  • Vedligeholdelse af stamdata i vores kundedatabase
  • Kvalitetssikring af data i vores kundedatabase
  • Reklamationsbehandling
  • Strategisk partner til kundeservice og salg
  • Yde support til vores salgspersonale

Dine kvalifikationer

  • Gode engelskkundskaber på skrift og i tale
  • Kunne arbejde i vores nuværende åbningstid kl. 08:00-16:30
  • Erfaring med service til kunder i direkte linje
  • Taler og skriver dansk og meget gerne svensk
  • Rutineret bruger af office-pakken og gerne kendskab til SAP
  • Teknisk flair

Du skal som person være positiv, venlig og fleksibel og du må ikke være bange for at træffe hurtige beslutninger inden for givne rammer. Du skal vise empati for vores kunder og have et ønske om at hjælpe dem. Desuden vægter vi evnen til at samarbejde højt.

Du skal trives med at arbejde i et åbent kontorlandskab med mange forskellige kollegaer.
