We’re looking for a dynamic leader type to support our agile teams and to help deliver value and results for our clients.

Are you goal-driven and comfortable with working at a demanding pace? Do you have the diplomatic touch to work well with clients and stakeholders? You just may be the one for us!

Your role would comprise of leading the work of our agile development teams and managing operations. As our Project Team Lead, you would have a key role in supporting our clients in maximizing their potential by identifying future business development needs. You would also participate in our new business sales.

Being a great team player is essential, too, since the daily tasks require tight cooperation with different teams within our company. We also see a background in and knowledge of agile software development as a big plus.

What we require from you:

  • Experience in liaising with clients directly by supporting Product Owners and stakeholders
  • An understanding of clients’ business goals and the ability to drive future sales growth
  • Good understanding of online services and technologies
  • Previous experience and knowledge of leading agile development
  • Knowledge of the Scrum framework
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to develop clients’ services based on data
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects with tight schedules and limited resources
  • Ability to understand the big picture while maintaining detail-oriented organization skills
  • Great communication skills and patience
  • Professional-level skills in Finnish and English, both written and oral
