Our HR team in Stockholm cover 50+ markets and encounter complex and urgent situations regarding recruiting, on-boarding and re-location of employees. We truly handle these matters as a team, but we feel that we need to strengthen the support in order raise professionality in how we deal with compensation, benefits, and mobility issues on-going and long term in the organization.

Furthermore, we have implemented a new HRIS (Cornerstone) platform called “People centre”. The implementation has been very successful and has been very appreciated by the organization. As a next step, we need someone to be responsible for the system; both maintaining but also looking into new features to give even better support to leaders and employees.

Areas of responsibilities

  • Supporting in matters relating to contracts, insurances, pensions, on-boarding and mobility
  • Support in salary revisions, compensation benchmarks and matters relating to employing people in the best way into our legal structure
  • Responsibility to update HR metrics
  • Support managers and colleagues in mobility and compensation matters
  • Responsibility for HR metrics update to the organization
  • Develop expertise in our HRIS system
  • Support in general HR matters and development projects
  • Responsibility for answering questions in relation to our HRIS system and for maintaining high quality in the system
  • Responsibility to continuously develop the system to fit the needs of the organization

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience from HR; preferably comp/ben/mobility/systems
  • Academic degree in human resources, business administration or finance
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
  • Good knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience of initiating and managing various projects including planning and communicating
  • Experience from HRIS maintenance and development is highly meriting
  • Experience from global operations is meriting
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Credibility and personal gravitas to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Friendly and able to converse with people at any level with or across organization
  • Team-oriented
