The diversity of our people is an important foundation of our culture and builds a workplace where everyone can contribute with unique experiences, perspectives and cultures.

OUR VALUESOur high performance culture rests on that all our employees live our core values. We will never have guidelines for every situation we will meet, but if all of us are guided by a strong sense of our values, we will always navigate in the right direction.

RESPONSIBILITYThis is the foundation of our culture. To stay updated on codes of conduct and guidelines is everyone’s responsibility. To raise your voice if you find that something is wrong and to ask, if it is something you do not understand.

COLLABORATIONAlone we can do so little; together we can do so much. Collaboration also means doing our part of the work as well as possible, to have respect for other people's time and expertise, and to meet deadlines.

IMPACTMost of us need to feel that we go to work for a purpose and that we have a chance to leave something good behind. With our purpose to release Swedish companies' international potential, it is obvious how we can have an impact on their future success.
