Job Description

Sales Development Specialist position at Sievo is not your typical Sales Development position.

You will not spend your days only sitting at phone booth cold calling and sending emails to prospects, but you will be responsible for the evolution of Sales Development at Sievo. At the same time, you envision and execute – drive the function forward and engage with potential customers, all in cooperation with our Sales and Marketing teams.

In this role, you will need to be

  • Adaptable – things change fast in Sievo and especially in Sales Development, and you must keep up
  • Analytical – You need to track the performance of Sales Development (yourself) and create the metrics and reports. Basically, you need to figure out which kind of emails, content, different approaches, campaigns etc. work, analyse the performance and report it
  • Responsible – You don’t have direct superior working in Sales Development. No one tells you what things or how those things should be done. You create the goals, work towards them and with the great freedom, can carry the great responsibility
  • You have the vision – Sales Development function in Sievo is still in its early phase and you need to drive it forward
  • Motivated – Sievo doesn’t hire you to position X to stay there and complete tasks. With this role there is two roadmaps in front of you

Background & Basic Skills

  • Higher education completed or near completion.
    • Technical/Sales/Business/Marketing.
  • Work experience from Sales, Sales Development or Marketing.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English – Part of the job is to write the emails to our prospects and talk with them over the phone.

  • HubSpot, Lead generation tools.
