The Renewal Manager position is both intense and rewarding. It focuses on teamwork and culture within the office, but mainly on maintaining and renewing accounts in the Meltwater client base, ranging from large consumer-facing companies, to government departments, agencies and even non-profit organizations.
Renewal Managers work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption and align on intended goals for using the Meltwater service. While the CSM is the one handling product training and value-building calls, the Renewal Manager comes in when the account’s key Decision-Makers are involved. The RM is responsible for connecting at a high-level with the people who purchase the service, to ensure alignment and ROI.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for renewing several million dollars a year. With the financial responsibility, comes opportunity for earnings and upward mobility.

Salary Structure: Base Salary + Bonuses + Commission = ~$125,000 OTE

· University degree (any discipline) with strong academic results
· Minimum two years of experience in B2B Account Management and/or Sales
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Natural leadership qualities
· You place the customer at the center of every problem and design solutions that meet their needs
· Impeccable time management skills with a proven ability to work autonomously
