Performance Marketing at Pierce is at the intersection of marketing, data and technology. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Data Analyst supporting our Performance Marketing program.
We are building digital marketing machine which you will have an opportunity to be part of. 1) Building an insight machine via insightful and actionable dashboards – directly influencing decisions of all Performance Team, 2) proactively finding new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains, 3) assisting in building out rigorous experiments’ dashboard.
Arguably the most critical player on the team, you will own the data, continually mine it for insights, and translate those insights out to the business.
The ideal canidate is ambitious team player with a great intrapreneurship mind set, a self starter willing to dig in and own the foundation of area. He or she can ramp up quickly; work effectively with little oversight; prioritize and manage their own work.
We are looking for a “curious-cat”, to whom the scariest day is when numbers are down, and the second scariest day is when numbers are up, and you don’t know why. You understand business and performance marketing cause-effect relationships and can transform a business problem into research problem and then into a meaningful hypothesis to test.
We are petrolheads in digital marketing - we brake stuff, we fix it and then push it to the limits again. If you relate to that, maybe you are petrolhead as well?!
