We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales representative with an enthusiastic sales attitude to actively work with customers, reseller partners and team colleagues in the Finnish market. An Inside sales representative sells mainly through remote access (phone, email, videocalls/skype) to partners and end-user customers. A major part of the job is outbound calling; including qualifying opportunities, developing and closing them together with partners. Inside Sales also works with end user acquisition in a hunter role and do outbound cross-sales to existing customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the leading global Finnish cyber security company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and developing leads, converting them to opportunities
  • Closing end customer deals in cooperation with partners
  • Working with channel partners and following up that they are progressing with leads
  • Maintenance of CRM data as required
  • Executing cold-calling and prospecting campaigns
  • Following up leads from events and campaigns
  • Supporting partners and colleagues in their relevant sales cases e.g. in pricing and technical support or participating in skype meetings with partner/customer
  • Other sales and marketing related assignments as directed by sales management

  • Open personality with courage to pick up the phone and actively contact all kinds of people
  • Able to listen and understand customers business challenges and make relevant open questions
  • Team player mentality combined with ability to drive own responsibilities independently
  • Systematic, structured and persistent approach, high self-discipline and willingness to learn
  • A highly pro-active and service minded personality willing to make the extra effort in the engagement with customers, partners and colleagues
  • IT or other relevant sales/channel business experience is beneficial for this role. Whether you have a long history in sales or are in your early stages to become an IT sales professional, the key is to have the right attitude and personality.
  • Mastering/willing to learn CRM processes and practices. Prior Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in communicating in both Finnish and English is a must
