As a COUNTRY MANAGER at Vaimo, you run your Country Unit’s operations in alignment with Vaimo’s vision, mission, purpose, strategic objectives, goals, values and policies. You grow, empower, coach, retain and lead a team of highly skilled and ambitious Vaimoers. You are responsible for market and business development of your assigned market, to drive client satisfaction and to make sure your organisation is well equipped to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.
From Tallinn, we run our International Country Unit. This means that we handle eCommerce projects in all markets where Vaimo does not have a physical presence yet. Vaimo International works with global brands/clients like Helly Hansen, Jack Daniels, W.EG. and more.
The International Country Unit consists of more than 50 employees. You will lead the leadership team for the International Country Unit, report directly to the Group COO and will be part of a global network of Country Unit Managers within Vaimo.

We are looking for a person with extensive experience in successful leadership and business development. You have experience in managing teams in a fast-growing, international environment within the IT-service/consultancy industry. We expect you to be self-driven, people-oriented and a team player who wants to contribute to the overall success and future growth of Vaimo. You have excellent communication skills and you understand how to align, drive and motivate through clarity and inspiration. You are looking for new challenges and would like to be a part of forming tomorrow’s eCommerce landscape and contribute to driving success in digital commerce.
