Now it’s time to scale up and spread the power of scent worldwide. ​Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to join our growing team.

We are now looking for a CRM Manager that will be primarily responsible for driving the CRM strategy and overseeing the operational process of our email marketing and loyalty program.​ ​You will be in charge of improving the relationship with our members, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving growth.

Role description:

  • Work with customer lifecycle Management and Ownership
  • Customer Engagement and Retention Strategy

  • Creation of new customer cohorts, drip campaigns, editorial campaigns and creative ways to manage the customer through the Sniph membership lifecycle

  • Measurement, Analytics, Reporting

  • Platform and Relationship Ownership

  • Advise on best practices to increase email collection, deliverability and engagement

Skills & Requirements

Besides being a self starter that thrives under a fast-paced environment, we believe the right person has:

  • Preferably 2+ years experience in CRM within direct to consumer category
  • Experience in managing the customer lifecycle from email capture onward
  • Fashion/ecommerce/subscription experience a plus
  • Organized, results-driven, with exceptional attention to detail with great end-to-end program management
  • Experience from working with relevant metrics (CPA/CAC, LTV, PBT) and KPI’s
  • An open mind. We are a startup and things move fast. You might have to work with many areas of growth and are not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Appreciation and opinions on good design and best practices
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Swedish and English skills
