What we need...
The successful candidate for this role will demonstrate intelligence, passion, an applied drive to achieve targets, and the demonstrable understanding when co-ordinating teams with differing characteristics (providing examples of how this has been previously achieved).
You will demonstrate a good understanding of the differing types of sales approach, and be able to discuss how to achieve targets given a differing set of sales scenarios. You’ll also have strong current geo-political knowledge and be able to map this to current cyber issues.
You will be able to develop and build credibility within client organisations and undertake this objective using a consistent and methodical approach on a day to day basis whilst demonstrating constant progress. You will also effectively leverage the power of “many to many” business relationships in your efforts to win strategic accounts, ensuring that no account or target account is exposed by a single relationship.
Acting as a key interface with the client, you will structure and implement strong account management that can be communicated to any MWR consultants involved with assigned target accounts.
Communicating effectively with any member of the group who is also working on the same account is a must, or has a shared interest in developing business across the MWR client base, ensuring that regular communication is scheduled and that the company principles are upheld.
You will work closely with the executive team to plan and control our growth.
