The role as Brand & Communications Manager is a great opportunity for a driven and ambitious communications professional with extensive experience from branding and PR. The role is taking full responsibility for the CDON brand, how we communicate and work with media and influencers, including agency relations. The role is considered very strategic and you will work closely with the CMO but also interact with a large part of the organization.
We are looking for a strategic, extrovert and driven person who is curious in how the world is changing with new trends and new ways of communication and creativeness.
What does it take to succeed in this role?
You have a solid background from brand strategy, PR and communication, at least 5 years. You have a relevant education and you have a great interest in what emotions that bring people to love your brand. You are an excellent communicator and are keen on sharing your expertise with the team. We put large emphasis on your personality, thus we expect you to be communicative, extrovert, driven, creative and positive. We think you will spread positive energy to the team, the company, the brand and the audience.
You have no difficulties to collaborate cross boundaries. Furthermore you are customer focused, tech curious, trustworthy and courageous. You have a high degree of responsibility and deliver both simple and complex tasks with high quality.
