The QS manager’s position is vital for the overall sustainability strategy and work with LYRECO Quality- and Environmental Management systems, certified in accordance to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
The position is based in our Denmark office in Roskilde, but travels, mainly within Scandinavia, are needed to be successful in the role.
This position plays a key role in implementing the actions required to reach set sustainability objectives why the reference is also to a senior management member.

Desirable knowledge and profile:
As QS Manager, you have a natural interest in sustainability matters, and the ability to engage effectively stakeholders across all levels of the organization, as well as customers and suppliers.
With well-developed communication skills, you will have the ability to influence internal and external partners, and you are able to translate numbers and data to tangible information, in variable formats depending on your audience.
Lead auditor of Q- and/or E- management system is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Environmental legislations in one or more Nordic countries
Experience from working with Nordic and European eco labels is an advantage
Knowledge of UN Guiding Principles of Businesses and Human rights, is a plus
