We are looking for a Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Sales Team. Applications are more than welcome. Our Talent Acquisition team will, however, get back to you at the end of summer.
As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working together with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. Using technical creativity and business acumen, you will illustrate the value that Mentimeter as a product can provide.
To succeed in the role, you must be able to engage and articulate product positioning to both business and technical users in competitive scenarios. You will also rapidly identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
This role includes being the go-to person for both sales and product teams with tasks such as Q&A, technical troubleshooting and investigation, configuration, set up and maintenance of integrations and also to some extent development work (e.g. scripting and SQL queries to get important data from a database).
As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will use your technical knowledge along with your interpersonal skills to provide advice and support for Mentimeter.
