We are currently looking for ambitious professionals to join our growing international team in Amsterdam

Meltwater is offering a B2B client facing sales role working with our top clients. Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement with the product to increase the overall value of their service.

We service over 28,000 clients with SaaS solutions helping them understand their markets, engage their customers, and master the new social business environment.

What to expect as a Growth Executive:

  • Sales focus (client facing) with both personal and team targets
  • Responsible for increasing revenue by negotiating to upsell contracts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and product implementation.
  • Represent Meltwater at client meetings on a regular basis
  • Proactively engage with Client Success colleagues across the region and share knowledge with colleagues in other offices, often involving travel.
  • Act as an ambassador for client development throughout the Meltwater Group.

Is this you?

  • University degree (any discipline), 2:1 or above
  • 1-3 years professional work experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
  • Firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
  • Demonstration of interests outside of work and study (travel, exchange, sport, volunteering etc.)
  • Keen interest in news, current affairs and social media
  • Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
  • Eligibility to legally work in the UK and Ireland
