Spend your internship developing your hacking skills, researching cutting edge security topics and immersing yourself in one of the world's leading cyber security specialists.
What does the MWR Internship Programme look like?
Interns at MWR complete training courses in application security, network security, malware analysis and threat hunting to provide them with the core technical skills required by penetration testers around the globe.
Upon the completion of this training, interns work side by side with MWR's world renowned research team to investigate a chosen area. Intern projects in the past have researched topics ranging from NFC card security and the Windows kernel, through to global cyber security strategies. Last year one of MWR's interns discovered an 0-day in a popular enterprise application and earned a CVE in the process. Following this research interns are encouraged to share their research through conferences and publications. Examples of MWR's world leading research can be found on MWR Labs – https://labs.mwrinfosecurity.com
The final portion of the internship is spent shadowing MWR's consultants on real life engagements to obtain valuable experience in how cyber security techniques are applied in the wild.
