Then our open position as Talent acquisition specialist might be the right position for you!

The role is based in Denmark with the responsibility for the recruitment process in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will work closely with the People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure the right recruitment of new competencies and talents. You will be single point of contact to Lyreco Managers and act as a trusted advisor in the way to define the right talent acquisition strategy.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Success in advising hiring managers and drive the recruitment process from end to end
  • To ensure the accurate and effective design of job advertisements and placements in local and national media
  • To be responsible for all administrative work in connection with recruitment, including correspondence with the applicants
  • Responsible for screening all applicants CVs prior to interviews according to the profile
  • To administer psychometric profile questionnaires
  • To use best practice interviewing techniques to assess suitability for the role against agreed job-related criteria
  • Participate if needed in the 2nd interview
  • To work within budget for all recruitment activities and provide statistical reports charting recruitments results and costs
  • To proactively head hunt and network to ensure a strong talent pipeline to support recruitment needs
  • To develop effective working relationships with external resourcing partners
  • To design and lead on Recruitment Open Days/Exhibitions/Road shows etc., planning assessment centres so as to maximise cost and resource effectiveness
  • Work continuously for optimization of processes within the recruitment and sourcing area

Dine kvalifikationer

Skills and requirements:

  • Strong experience within the administrative part of the recruitment process
  • Experience with interviewing at different levels and areas of responsibility
  • Experience of headhunting techniques and recruitment at senior levels
  • Experience in behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques
  • Confident and competent in dealing with high volumes of recruitment needs in a fast paced environment
  • Up to date knowledge of the recruitment market including the best ways to source, recruit and latest legislation
  • Experience of handling recruitment via social media platforms
  • Fluent level of Danish and English is necessary and having an understandable level for Norwegian/Swedish
  • You should expect some days of travel – mainly within Scandinavia

We are looking for a person who have an outgoing and action-oriented personal style with a strong analytical sense, systematic, disciplined and takes responsibility, but also have good ideas of how to improve our recruitment and sourcing processes.

You demonstrate strong communication skills and are able to influence and develop strong relationships in all levels of management and act professional in your approach with your colleagues whether located in Denmark, Norway or Sweden.
