We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager who thrives in an ever-changing environment.

What can you expect in the role?

As a Customer Success Manager, you will help new customers receive value as quickly as possible by managing product implementation and on-boarding. After which you will work with your customers to build strong relationships on various levels to make sure we are assisting our customers in the best way possible. We expect you to deliver exceptional service to our customers to ensure customer renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities and be observant of clients at risk. You follow up on concerns promptly and always strive to exceed expectations.

You will generate and share educational resources and best practice with our customers and inspire them to think strategically about how our platform can support their needs now and in the future. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey, from handover from Sales to continuous follow-up and support.

At Gnosco we always put the customer first, and as Customer Success Manager you will have a leading role in making sure the customer experience is exceptional.

Who are you?

We think you are an empathetic person who thrive from seeing others succeed.

We expect you to have:

· A university degree

· Prior experience of client management and/or customer success

· Project management skills

· A problem-solving mindset

· Attention to details

· Excellent skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is good if you have one or several below:

· Prior experience from healthcare or any relating area, like pharma or MedTech

· Worked with training professionals in new skills and/or doing webinars

About the company

Gnosco provides a CE-certified digital teledermatology solution called Dermicus for fast and secure diagnosis of skin cancer and wounds. Dermicus is used by health care professionals and the system involves a mobile phone, mobile app and a web-platform. Clinical data and images are rapidly and easily collected by using the phone and sent to specialists for assessment, diagnosis and advice for treatment.
