Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Program Planner to join our Northvolt Ett program team.

As Program Planner, you will have ownership of the integrated plan for setting up Northvolt Ett, the large-scale battery factory being built in Northern Sweden. This integrated schedule constitutes the key parts from all the detailed plans of Construction, Process equipment, Procurement, Automation, Start of operations etc.

As Program Planner, your main responsibilities include keeping track of the key activities and milestones from now until start of battery production, as well as understanding how these are interlinked. You will play an important role in developing creative solutions to solve bottlenecks as and when they arise. Furthermore, you will secure alignment across all parties by running schedule reviews with the workstream leaders and external partners. Over time, you are expected to build up and strengthen the in-house planning team to prepare for the extensive equipment installation phase on site.

Ideally, you have experience as project leader from large complex projects, such as building new sites, installing new equipment, and/or major re-work on current infrastructure. Your involvement in such projects has been driving the planning activities as well as been deeply involved in day-to-day problem solving.
