BI&O Specialist, France

The Business Sweden France team is located in Paris and is made up of 9 employees. We are currently looking for a BI&O Specialist to join our team!

Our Business Incubation & Operations service is a toolbox of administrative services that facilitate Swedish companies’ establishment in a new market. As a BI&O Specialist you will handle administrative tasks for our customers and our office: payroll; bookkeeping; and facilitation of ongoing administration. A key part of the role is communication with our customers and helping them resolve administrative issues. Identifying additional customer needs and developing our offer and sales in regards to administrative services is also part of your responsibilities.

You will work independently and in teams but it will be your clear objective to manage your own project deliveries on budget, time and with excellent quality. The administrator has a key role in the team and is to a certain extent involved in all types of projects that the team executes.

Skills & Requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Working proficiency in Swedish, French and English
  • Good computer skills, proficiency in Excel


  • A degree in Accounting or Administration
  • Experience from working with French payroll and administration
