Technical Service Manager with German

We are now looking for a Technical Service Manager to oversee and address our customers needs after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong customer relationship. You should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven, aspire to achieve specific goals and have enough business knowledge to identify potential and to liaise with sales to win new business. You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and German, since you will be dealing with German and English speaking customers and channel partners.

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Ensure that F-Secure provides world-class services for our partners and customers and train them to use F-Secure products effectively.
  • Analyze customers needs (technical and business) and suggest solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide Product Management and developers with customers feedback to help improve our products and to identify new features or new F-Secure products.
  • Ensure F-Secure address all product or service related queries on time and establishes as well as shares best practices with the customer.

Skills & Requirements

To be good at what you do, you most likely have an in-depth expertise in some of these:

  • Technical background with experience in applications,
    IT products and services, networking concepts or cyber security
  • Packaging of a technology product with services, such as managed services, supporting services or professional services

  • Project Management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven work experience in a customer facing roles with an ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
