We are now looking for a Technical Service Manager to oversee and address our customers needs after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong customer relationship. You should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven, aspire to achieve specific goals and have enough business knowledge to identify potential and to liaise with sales to win new business. You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and German, since you will be dealing with German and English speaking customers and channel partners.
