The Head of Technical Management is a new role in our global group organisation. The purpose of the role is to make sure we constantly raise the bar for Technical Excellence and that all conditions and support are in place to enable and encourage that. You will drive and execute the implementation of the Technical vision in our organisation, set by our CTO and Executive Team. You will lead our Technical Management team, which consists of technical managers, located in our different countries. The role includes leading and driving change, improving teamwork and knowledge sharing, ensuring effective onboarding of new team members as well as ensuring processes and internal documentation are in place and up to date.
You will work together with our other global departments such as PMO, Sales, HR, Internal Technology Services and Security to represent the technical organisation and technical delivery side for developing improvements and driving change.

An academic degree within technology
7 years of experience from software development within our field
Proven success in leading change in a technical organisation
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

The position is stationed in Tallinn, Stockholm or Kiev (relocation can be discussed). Travel is a natural part of this role.
