That's where Talent Acquisition comes in- my team is the engine that supply Engineering, Product and UX with amazing and brilliant people.
We are a distributed team that covers Sweden, Norway, and Poland and we are looking for another tech recruiter based in Oslo.
You will be doing the full 360 recruitment from sourcing to closing; crunching them booleans, following the breadcrumbs, aligning expectations with opportunities, handling stakeholders and hiring managers while providing a world-class candidate experience. You will also take part in our employer branding initiatives of campus recruitment, meetups, conferences and engagement with third-party organizations.
The typical roles we hire for are Back- and Front-End Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Data Scientists Engineering- and Product Managers.
I think you speak tech and easily connect with engineers and you enjoy digging a little bit deeper than everyone else to truly understand what makes engineers tick. You recognize that time is always of the essence and a couple of hours sometimes determine the outcome. But most of all you take pride in and a sense of accomplishment in closing those hard-to-fill type of roles. This position will require traveling from time to time.
