Customer Success Manager at UPSALES

We are a team of 40 talented and highly driven people delivering an outstanding sales and marketing technology. As our platform evolves, we need more skilled and courageous people to join our action-oriented and fun team and we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager at Upsales, you will become a key player in our continued growth and mission to become Europe’s leading sales and marketing platform for B2B-companies. You will be responsible for developing and helping our customers thrive by using our fantastic product.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead customer projects covering integrations, best practice, user interface etc.
  • Proactively contact customers with solutions to streamline their business.
  • Own your customers’ usage and proactively work with renewals and customer success.
  • Document all client specific activities.
  • Work alongside a Key Account Executive to grow customers together.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end consulting projects with our Business Intelligence and Cloud consultants.

Your background

You are an ambitious person with a never say die attitude who thrives on helping your customers succeed. You are interested in and understand how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate within. You are self-sufficient and organized but also a great team player.

  • Experience from a similar role preferably within enterprise software ideally within CRM, Marketing Automation and/or Business Intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
  • Preferably experience from Sales roles
  • Preferably some experience in project management
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
