You will join Region Europe, a key region within Business Sweden that operates from 15 local offices across Europe. Southern Europe’s is one of 6 Market Areas, and our main focus is to grow the advisory part of our business. We work across many different industries with the aim to grow global sales for leading Swedish companies and to attract high-level investments to Sweden creating measurable impact.
To help drive this journey, we are currently looking to grow the team with a senior profile that will support the region as a whole from our office in Milan.
We are looking for candidates at a Project Leader level, with previous experience from management consulting, who will play a critical role in leading projects related to commercial excellence revenue growth.
What do we expect from you?
You will scope, lead and deliver projects that provide support to leading Swedish companies in their international business development and expansion. The projects you will lead includes sales acceleration, market entry and growth strategies, market and stakeholder analysis, business partner and target acquisitions. You will proactively find new business opportunities and drive the insight selling in the region for Swedish clients, as well as having an active role in developing our value proposition.
Skills & Requirements
Who are we looking for?
You have a higher academic degree, probably a Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration
You have a background in a renowned management consultant firm and have relevant working experience for at least 5 years
You have operated in an international context with business and market focus
You are experienced and successful in scoping advisory services, and confident in driving and supporting sales dialogues
A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian is a requirement
Knowledge in Swedish is highly meriting
You are results-oriented, analytical with the ability to handle new challenges. You have excellent social and team-working skills with an exceptional drive and commitment
