Performance Controller to Dustin

Then you could be the one we are looking for. In the role of Performance Controller at Dustin you will be at the core of two business critical areas

  • The transactional performance of our mid-sized and larger customers in the SMB segment
  • The transition from an upfront to a recurring payment business model

You will drive actions to improve transactional sales and help us to accelerate the strategic journey towards XaaS sales. It is a unique opportunity to learn and shape world class pricing, ecommerce and retail at one of the leaders in the business. You will be one of the main players in connecting our relation sales teams with category management and ecommerce specialists.

You will form part of a team of highly skilled pricing professionals who constantly works to further refine Dustin’s cutting-edge transactional business capabilities. With our collaborative mentality we will make sure you quickly feel like a contributing part of the company.

My name is Joakim Stålebrink; I am Head of Pricing at Dustin and the recruiter for this position. You will be part of/work closely to the Transactional Sales & Category Management department in SMB Nordic.

Overall tasks and responsibilities

  • Further develop and operationalize Dustin’s methodology for analysis of customers.
  • Identify existing customers with additional potential for relation sales to target.
  • Improve customer discount agreements for optimal impact and profitability.
  • Define, measure and follow-up KPIs related to Dustin’s transactional sales performance for mid-sized and larger SMB customers.
  • Analyze and improve our analytical methods and develop operational tools to monitor the transition from upfront to recurring payment.

In this role you will work in close collaboration with the entire SMB Nordic organization – and we therefore put high emphasis on your personal skills and ability to build relationships and trust. You will communicate on all levels, from colleague to Dustin management team. For Dustin, it’s important that you are a team player. Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant areas, preferably in ecommerce, retail or consulting.
  • Experience from working with XaaS/recurring business models is a plus.
  • Strong commercial mindset and interest – you enjoy doing good business.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in working with large sets of data – you are data driven.
  • Curious, self-motivated and hands-on personality with high communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Very strong skills and experience of Excel.
  • Big data, SQL and Power Query experience is a merit.
