We are currently looking for a Customer Relations officer to join our complaints team based out of our Nottingham office.
In this this role you will be responsible for supporting the Complaints Manager by ensuring the delivery of fair customer outcomes by carrying out prompt complaint investigations whilst providing a competent and efficient service to our customers.
To be successful you will have gained previous experience in customer relations / complaints handing within a previous role. You’ll also be comfortable collaborating with colleagues as well as communicating with customer providing both verbally and written communication to a high standard. Excellent customer service skills as well as attention to detail is crucial in this role.
