Do you want to work operationally while also contributing to the development and optimization of Treasury Operations in a global organization? At Lantmännen, we combine strong business focus with a genuine interest in people to achieve our vision of becoming the Nordic region's leading food company. We inspire and support each other on the journey towards our goals and take responsibility from field to fork.
We are now looking for a structured and collaborative Treasury Operations Specialist with a focus on Cash Management to join our Group Treasury & Risk Management team at our headquarters in Stockholm.
This is what you will do
As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the daily operations within Group Treasury, ensuring efficient cash management processes and strong internal controls across the Lantmännen Group. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for managing cash pools, bank accounts, treasury transactions, liquidity reporting and forecasting, as well as supporting treasury accounting and month-end activities.
You will act as a trusted business partner to subsidiaries across the Group, supporting them in cash management-related matters, bank administration and treasury processes. The role also includes responsibility for areas such as bank account administration, user access management, netting processes, liquidity reporting, LEI administration and treasury-related reporting requirements.
In addition to the operational responsibilities, you will actively contribute to the continuous development and optimization of Treasury Operations processes, systems and routines. This is a role where you will combine day-to-day execution with improvement initiatives in a complex and international business environment.
You will be a part of Group Treasury & Risk Management, consisting of 14 team members with different focus areas within treasury, risk and finance.
Within Treasury Operations, you will work closely with a colleague whose focus is treasury accounting. The two roles collaborate closely and act as backups for one another, while this position has a particular focus on Cash Management. You will also work closely with our Risk Controller and Process & Solution Specialist as well as stakeholders across the Group.
