You safeguard safety, quality, and progress on the construction site.
As a Site Supervisor High Voltage Overhead Lines, you are responsible for preparing, organizing and coordinating all activities on the construction site. You know what it takes to execute our projects efficiently. You will ensure that quality, safety, planning, and costs are maintained within our projects.
You work on several small projects or on one larger (complex) project, ranging from 110 kV to 380 kV. Right now, we are looking for a site supervisor for the South and Central Netherlands regions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Site Supervisor, you will work in the High Voltage Lines department at Hanab Energy Solutions. You are the point of contact on the construction site for clients, suppliers, contractors, and temporary workers. You monitor safety and risks for employees and the progress of the project. You have a lot of freedom and responsibility in your work.
Your main tasks:
- Organize the project site, coordinate with subcontractors and implement temporary traffic measures.
- Determine the right execution method and take an active role in carrying out the work, together with the project leader and work planner.
- Carry out quality inspections on the project and record them in our digital systems.
- Oversee the full construction sequence of overhead lines, including foundations, tower erection, conductor stringing, and lifting operations based on approved lifting plans.
- Coach and develop junior site supervisors and crew members.
- Report on progress and ensure that the administration is always up to date, together with the project planner.
You ensure safe working near energized lines, including proper earthing and protection against induced voltages.
In our high-voltage line projects, we work a lot with our Italian partner and subcontractor. You are constantly in contact with the site manager of our partner to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Vaardigheden en vereisten
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Completed technical vocational education (MBO level).
- 7 years of experience with overhead line projects.
- 4 years of experience as a supervisor or in an equivalent role.
- Good knowledge of English and (willing to learn) Dutch (international project team).
- Driver’s license.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following personal traits:

- Leadership: you are able to guide and motivate a team.
- Communication: you can explain things well and remain calm. You will be working with an international team, which requires good coordination and clear communication.
- Planning and organizing: you can keep an overview and set priorities.
- Can-do mentality: you make sure that together you achieve the project goals. You are willing to take on the tasks needed for the project.
WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU?
- A salary: between €4,000, - and €6,000, - gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
- Company car, laptop, and phone.
- Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) Netwerkbedrijven. On top of your salary, you receive a flexible budget of 18% of your salary, built up monthly. You can have this paid out or (partially) use it to buy extra leave. This includes 8% holiday allowance, 5.2% ADV (compensation for reduced working hours) and 4.8% other flexible budget.
- A fixed end-of-year bonus of 3.7% of your annual salary.
- Vacation days: 24.5 for a full-time position.
- An excellent pension plan with ABP.
