As Content Lead, you will be responsible for building, owning, and leading EPS's content function. This is the first dedicated content role within the organization, offering a unique opportunity to shape how we engage with customers, industry stakeholders, and the wider market.
Our brand strategy and messaging framework are already in place, as is a wealth of valuable insight, from sustainability research and operational expertise to customer success stories. Your role is to turn this knowledge into compelling thought leadership, engaging content, and a trusted voice within the industry.
Looking to combine strategic impact with hands-on content leadership?
You will own the content agenda end-to-end, from identifying stories and creating content to managing channels and measuring performance. Acting as the organization's content antenna, you will connect with colleagues across the business to uncover insights and translate them into content that informs, engages, and influences decision-makers.
As the first Content Lead at EPS, you will also play a key role in building the foundations of our content operation, establishing processes, managing external creative partners, and introducing AI-enabled ways of working that support quality, consistency, and scale.

Skills & Requirements
You
You are someone who genuinely loves content and cares about getting it right. You are curious, entrepreneurial, and naturally drawn to finding the story behind the facts. You thrive in environments where there is no blueprint yet and enjoy building structure, processes, and momentum from scratch.
With your strong writing skills and strategic mindset, you know how to turn complex topics into content that people genuinely want to read. You combine creativity with execution and are equally comfortable creating content yourself as coordinating external partners.
Further:
- You have 5-8 years of experience creating high-quality B2B content.
- You have exceptional writing and editing skills and can translate technical or operational topics into engaging stories.
- You have deep hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B platform.
- You are experienced in using AI tools to improve content creation and workflows.
- You have a strong understanding of SEO and GEO principles.
- You have experience managing external writers, designers, videographers, and agencies.
- You are comfortable building processes and creating structure in a developing environment.
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships across functions.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-We are founded in 1992.
-We introduced our iconic green reusable plastic crates (RPCs) in the 90's, which became a staple in the transportation and storage of fresh produce across Europe.
-In the mid-2000s, we implemented RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) technology to track and trace our RPCs more efficiently.
-In 2021 we started using the first recycled folding trays.
-We’ve got over 70 service centres all over Europe – you can find us in most countries. So, wherever you are in Europe, our efficient network has got you covered.
-Through new technologies and knowledge, we were able to lower our washing temperature in 2022 which resulted in significant reduction of between 47% and 52% in our gas consumption.
-In 2017 we agreed that we want to reduce our carbon footprint by 20% by 2025 by implementing several improvement projects.
