The Growth Marketing team at Blocket is growing. Blocket’s goal is to maintain the clear market leader position in buying and selling second hand, while growing our business in Motor, Jobs, Real Estate and launch new business areas. The Growth Marketing team consists of five people that lead growth and engagement initiatives among existing and new users and customers (both B2C and B2B). The team also works very closely with the Product & Tech and Insights teams.

We’re now looking for a well-rounded Growth Marketing Analyst with a passion for turning large datasets into actionable insights that will help us drive activities for usage, revenue, leads, acquisition, upsells and loyalty. Your knowledge of digital marketing combined with your analytical abilities will determine where and how to focus our marketing initiatives for the most impact. You will analyse our user- and campaign data and market research and work cross-functionally with the rest of the marketing department, insights team and product & tech, to uncover the new opportunities for growth.This position is ideal for a business oriented, highly analytical person who loves numbers and data, rapidly testing, learning, and scaling new tactics.

Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop our growth marketing reporting processes and tools, including the creation of dashboards and reports to track daily performance, generating actionable insights to drive operational decisions and improve the efficiency of marketing investments.
  • Monitor and analyse data daily, track KPIs, and suggest action on any trends you observe.
  • Analyze our user data and determine target groups, segments and activations across multiple channels.
  • Evaluate campaigns and channel strategy to continuously learn and optimize activities to increase conversion and engagement and revenue.
  • Provide analytical support to the marketing team.
  • Uplevel the marketing team’s data skills, democratize access to marketing data, and be an advocate for an increased adoption for data tools.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product & Tech and Insights teams to ensure data quality and timeliness of marketing data tables and dashboards.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3-5 years in growth, data or marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of data selection and analysis.
  • Highly analytical and proficient with statistical modeling (eg. marketing attribution) and quantitative analysis techniques with the goal of delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience to work with large datasets (using SQL and/or other programming language)
  • Experience to work with data visualisation (as in Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics (as in Google Analytics)
  • Experience to work with CRO initiatives and A/B testing roadmaps
  • You are driven, business oriented, innovative and capable of visualising data so others understand what priorities to make.
