HR Coordinator/Generalist

About the Role

We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an ambitious HR Coordinator to help build and support a world-class employee experience.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international company and play a key role in developing our HR function. You will be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee administration, relocation support, and people operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, building processes, and delivering a great experience for employees and candidates alike. As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and develop into an HR Generalist role.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Manage recruitment administration and applicant tracking
• Prepare employment offers and contracts
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience
• Support induction activities and company introductions
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

People Operations

• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Support payroll administration and related processes
• Ensure personnel files and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Assist with HR administration and reporting

International Employees & Relocation

• Support international hires relocating to Denmark
• Coordinate relocation activities and onboarding logistics
• Assist employees with practical administrative processes, including CPR registration and MitID setup

HR Projects & Process Improvement

• Support HR projects and people initiatives
• Assist with improving HR processes and ways of working
• Maintain people data and prepare reports as needed
• Contribute to building efficient and scalable HR practices

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to grow within HR.

You may have experience in:

• Recruitment Coordination
• Office Management
• Executive Assistance
• People Operations

We Imagine You Have

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A service-minded and collaborative approach
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong IT skills and experience using HR or business systems
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting international employees or relocation processes would be an advantage, but is not essential.
