Data & Integration Specialist

We are looking for a

Data & Integration Specialist

to build, develop and support the data flows and integrations that Kiilto’s business systems and daily operations depend on.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise and take increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

Role overview

As Data & Integration Specialist, you will build, develop, and support integrations and data flows across Kiilto’s system landscape. In the first years, your work will be closely connected to Kiilto’s international One ERP programme and the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management as our future ERP platform.

Beyond the programme, you will continue developing and supporting Kiilto’s integration and data landscape as part of our long-term internal capability.

You report to the ERP Program Manager and work closely with the One ERP programme team and external technology partners. The position can be based in Lempäälä, Turku, Helsinki or another suitable Kiilto location, with the possibility for hybrid work.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, test, document, and troubleshoot secure and reliable integrations between the ERP and connected systems.
  • Support data migration, validation, and data-quality activities for One ERP roll-outs.
  • Monitor integrations and data flows in daily operation and investigate incidents and root causes.
  • Maintain clear documentation and an up-to-date overview of interfaces, data flows, and their dependencies.
  • Contribute to the development of integration standards and reusable practices across Kiilto’s system landscape.
  • Work with internal teams, process owners and external partners to translate business and system needs into practical integration and data solutions.

What we expect

  • Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, or integration development in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and platforms, including APIs and common data formats such as JSON and XML. Experience with Azure Integration Services, Frends or similar technologies is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality.
  • Experience with ERP systems is highly valued, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • A structured and curious approach to technical problem-solving, testing and documentation.
  • A proactive and responsible way of working, with good communication and collaboration skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
  • Ability to use AI-assisted tools effectively and responsibly as part of technical work.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your expertise in integrations, data and enterprise systems.
  • Good professional English skills and the ability to work effectively in an international environment; Finnish language skills are an advantage.

What we offer

  • A permanent role with opportunities to grow your expertise and responsibilities as Kiilto’s integration and data landscape develops.
  • An opportunity to join Kiilto’s One ERP transformation at an early stage and help build solutions that will support our operations for years to come.
  • A varied role combining hands-on technical work, problem-solving and collaboration with business, IT and external partners.
