As Junior Retail Buyer at our Paris Office, you will keep the buying operations for your category accurate and running smoothly. You will own the buying tools, order follow-up, and performance reporting on a defined scope, so that the team can focus on assortment strategy and regional business development. This is a fixed-term contract (CDD) of six months, starting in December 2026.

  • Consolidating regional orders, checking consistency in sizes, quantities, and minimums, and tracking the buy against OTB through to order confirmation
  • Owning the accuracy of product and order data in the buying systems, together with Planning
  • Producing weekly and monthly sales, stock, and sell-through reports for the category
  • Flagging bestsellers, slow movers, and anomalies, and proposing first actions to the Global Buyer
  • Owning replenishment proposals on a delegated scope, such as carry-over and NOOS styles, within agreed rules
  • Preparing session material and logistics, and following up after buying sessions with order recaps, deadlines, and open points
  • Tracking deliveries and timelines with Planning and Supply Chain, and flagging delays early
  • Handling operational requests from regional teams, such as product information, availability, and delivery status, and escalating commercial topics to the Global Buyer
  • Contributing to ad-hoc analyses and projects, such as end-of-season reviews and follow-up on regional exclusives

WHO YOU ARE

You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. You enjoy working as a team and you embrace feedback to develop yourself and others. You are curious and thrive in a dynamic environment. Cooperation, respect, and clear communication are important, along with your ambition to learn and grow. If these qualities speak to you, we would love to have you on our team.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in buying, merchandising, or retail planning (internships and apprenticeships included), ideally within luxury or contemporary fashion
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • French is meriting

What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills. We are dedicated to recognizing the potential in each individual. We embrace diversity of people as well as ideas and viewpoints and encourage everyone's individual expression of their own identity.
