At Convene Hospitality, we develop technology that makes hotel operations and the guest journey simpler. Our solutions include self-service check-in kiosks and digital guest experiences used by hotels internationally.
As our new Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll join our development team and help us continue developing our hospitality platform.
The role
You'll work hands-on across the full technology stack, from frontend applications and Android-based kiosks to backend services, APIs and integrations. As a senior developer, you'll have the experience and confidence to take technical ownership, contribute to architectural decisions and be a trusted technical sparring partner for the team.
You'll join a close-knit team that values collaboration, open dialogue and healthy technical discussions. The role is based in Oslo, and you'll spend most of your time working alongside the team at the office.
What you'll be doing
A Strong Sense of Community – Join an inclusive and engaged workplace where people genuinely care about one another.
Opportunities for Growth – We are continuously evolving, offering you responsibility, learning opportunities, and the chance to shape your own career path.
Diversity as a Strength – Become part of a workplace that values different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
From Ideas to Action – Work in an organization with short decision-making processes, where initiative is encouraged and good ideas are put into action.
A Social and Informal Work Environment – We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. It should be enjoyable to come to work every day.
An Exciting Growth Journey – Be part of a group with ambitious goals and a strong international growth trajectory.
This could be a good fit if you...
It's a plus if you...
You don't need to tick every box. Solid development experience, good technical judgement and a willingness to keep learning are more important.

Our values describe how we work, make decisions, and achieve results together:
Together, we create solutions that make a difference – and that push our industry forward.
Did you know that -Convene originated from a small entrepreneurial adventure in Sandane, in the old county of Sogn og Fjordane? It all started as an idea from a general practitioner who wanted to solve the time crunch for himself. He had an old parking meter converted to accept payments from his patients.
Did you know that -The company was originally called Melin Medical? It was established in 2010 and marked the beginning of our amazing self-service journey, which five years later led to us receiving the Innovation Award for Universal Design in the Service Design category.
Did you know that -Our acquisitions of the companies Gordion in 2018 and Arribatec Hospitality in 2025 are part of our strategy for international growth and entry into new industries?
Did you know that -All our companies are now united under the Convene brand? This creates a shared identity and strengthens our ambition to simplify everyday life for everyone.
