– Anna-Maria Tamminen, Managing Partner

Job Description and Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will be a trusted partner and practical solutions provider to our top management. • Supporting other members of the management team from time to time, as needed

Skills and Requirements
In order to enjoy your new role and succeed in it, the following skills and requirements are essential:

  • Prior work experience in supporting senior management or executives
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent coordination and event management skills
  • Efficiency, precision, and attention to detail
  • A sense of ownership and commitment to high-quality work
  • Excellent IT skills (especially MS Office and AI tools)
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish would be considered a bonus)
  • A collaborative and service-minded approach, combined with the ability to work independently
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive matters
