Sales Support Executive

Igloobooks is looking for a Sales Support Executive who is experienced is business to business communication.

The job purpose it to work within UK sales and Operations, across a multitude of internal and external data led functions. This candidate will be responsible for the loading of key information and market data onto portals for three of the largest retailers in the UK.

Role Responsibilities

  • Completing market research and entering commercial information onto a retailer portal
  • Completing new line forms and entering them onto other retailers’ portals
  • Communicating with retailers directly
  • Attending Customer meetings/presentations where applicable
  • Helping sales team with presentations and handling sales material to prep for meetings
  • Agreeing orders with ‘trade’ customers who deal with us by email.
  • Look for new business opportunities within the retail sector.
