DigiExam is a tool used by students and teachers to perform exams and assessments. A typical week over 50 000 exams are handed-in using DigiExam, which means that your work will have a direct impact on a lot of people.
We are looking for you who is driven by attracting the right people for DigiExam. You will play a key part in the success of DigiExam's expansion plans. In this role you will work closely with the managers of the company to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale the teams.
What you will do:
Act as project leader for the recruitment process from start to signed contract
Design the recruitment process
Source candidates using effective candidate attraction strategies
Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements
Execute screening calls, interviews and administer tests and cases for candidates
Manage and provide recruitment training to hiring managers
Track all recruitment metrics, report on a monthly basis, evaluate and constantly search to improve metrics, hiring manager- and candidate experience
Work with employer branding to improve the attractiveness of the company
Since this position is our first in human resources you will have the chance to shape the whole area and grow into taking a broader responsibility as the company grows.
2-3 years experience of full life-cycle recruiting experience. Preferably, but not a must-have, experience from working within a startup company
Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
Broad experience from recruiting all sorts of roles covering from finance, marketing, business development and tech in different job levels.
Demonstrable track record of using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles.

The DigiExam platform was launched in 2014 with the vision to make digital exams and tests available for everyone. Our mission is to deliver effective, secure and userfriendly tools for teachers in the assessment and to give students the best possible conditions to perform at their best.
Today more than 2,500,000 exams has been handed in spread out on 3,100 schools and universities in many different countries. In Sweden we are the market leader with close to 50% of the high schools students taking their exams in DigiExam. During the spring the platform had 120,000 national exam hand ins.
2014Product released from beta, we reached 30+ schools using the system and 7 employees. Also got our first own office!
2015Started our expansion and reached 60+ paying customers!
2016 A team that is growing in a fast pace, expansion accelerates, a total of 600,000 handed in exams and 160 paying customers!
2017Milestone: 1,000,000 handed in exams in DigiExam! Establishing a fast growing business we reach over 250 paying customers using our software on a day to day basis.
2018During 2018 DigiExam has successfully expanded into the U.S, Canada, New Zealand, India and UK, both within K12 and Higher Education. +2,500,000 handed in exams +300 paying customers
2019-05We reach over 3,000,000 handed in exams! Our work and experience in Sweden has changed how assessments are done throughout the School system. Currently over 50,000 exams are handed in per week from 400 paying customers and 260,000 students.
