Secure that products meet Safe, durable >3 years and fully functional, initiate quality continuous improvements.
·Conduct on-site quality inspections at suppliers’ facilities to verify compliance with product specifications, packaging, and labeling standards.
·Identify and address defects through root cause analysis, provide immediate on-site corrective actions and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
·Coach and collaborate with suppliers to meet Rusta’s quality requirements, improving their quality management systems, production processes, and overall performance.
·Leading production process controls and ensures consistent adherence to Rusta’s standards throughout manufacturing and rework processes.
·Monitor supplier performance, driving continuous improvement in product and process quality.
·Build trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal teams, fostering transparency and effective collaboration.
·Support Rusta’s quality goals by ensuring that customers perceive products as offering Great Value for Money.

Requirements:
·Engineering background
·Proficient in quality tools and techniques.
·Good knowledge of manufacturing processes & controls
·Effective communicator with a focus on simplicity.
·Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
·Be familiar with multiple consumer product categories, preferably including solar products, christmas lighting and decorations, ceramic/polyresin products, footwear or similiar products
