Skills & Requirements
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent and coordinating role with a wide range of stakeholders. You are service-minded, structured and detail-oriented, and you enjoy creating order, following up on details and seeing matters through to completion. You take ownership of your work, identify what needs to be done and can prioritize effectively when the pace is high and several matters need to be managed simultaneously.
You will be an important link between customers, distributors, warehouses and internal functions. You therefore need to be communicative, solution-oriented and skilled at building trusting relationships, even when much of the collaboration takes place digitally.
We are a small team working from different locations across Europe, and we meet in person regularly to collaborate on site. To thrive in the role, you therefore need to feel comfortable planning and driving your work independently, while actively contributing to collaboration and a sense of team connection remotely.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in customer service, order administration, sales support or a similar role
- Strong systems proficiency and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent spoken and written English, as well as good spoken and written Swedish
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of German, French or another European language
- Experience in international trade, logistics or distributor sales
- Experience working with Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Shopify or Amazon Seller Central
- An interest in fishing, outdoor activities or spending time in nature
Additional information
The position is a permanent, full-time employment, initially subject to a six-month probationary period.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible, but no later than November 20.
